OWNER'S REPRESENTATION

As the project owner, you need to know that the job is getting done right, within your budget and on time; you will also want to qualify and quantify contractor progress. All too often, the ability to keep these big picture concepts in focus gets lost in the numerous details of the project. As your owner representative, HEXA Consulting Group allows you to stay out of the daily details so that you can focus on your core business requirements. We provide the management of the details and give you peace of mind through timely updates of where your project stands.

We have over 15 years of successful project management performance that HEXA brings to the management of your project. We have performed oversight and management of various commercial, retail fit-outs, multi-family developments and luxury residential projects, in service levels spanning from periodic assessments to daily oversight, coordination, direction and management. Your needs will be driven by the complexity of your project and the type and frequency of management information you need to have. PRECONSTRUCTION

A project’s overall success begins with an early and well-conceived pre-construction plan involving the entire project team. HEXA Consulting Group’s strategy is to identify options, assist the Owner in making informed, educated decisions to develop an efficient project management system. This system will address challenges, and to achieve schedule, quality, and cost goals – all while minimizing Owner Risk.

HEXA will work with the client team to define expectations in the design and constructibility review, value-engineering, existing conditions surveys, building material recommendations and selection, project site logistics plans, oversee coordination of building systems, help establish any project goals, and lastly HEXA will assist in the review and hiring of contractors.
